Delete account
You can request deletion of your Nestra account and associated personal data without installing the app.
In the app
Open Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm deletion.
Without the app or signing in
Email [email protected] from the address used for your Nestra account. Use “Delete Nestra account” as the subject.
Request deletion by emailWe verify ownership before deleting account data. Never send your password or a sign-in code. We will reply to your request.
What happens to my data?
The request covers your account, profile and associated private app data. Tell us if you only want to delete specific data or voluntary contributions instead. We will explain any legally required retention and how shared group content is handled when processing your request.
Manage and cancel Store subscriptions separately in Google Play or the Apple App Store. Deleting your account does not replace cancellation.
