1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts and services concluded via the Nestra app.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of services does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
3. Liability
Claims for damages are excluded. Excluded from this are claims for damages by the user resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
